Hearts Firmly Set

A heart firmly set in Christ is unshaken by the winds of culture, opinion, or fear. When your foundation is built on Jesus, you can stand with peace and confidence no matter what life throws your way. It doesn’t mean storms won’t come—but it means your anchor holds. The more we root our thoughts, desires, and identity in Him, the stronger our spiritual footing becomes.
Psalm 112:7 says, “They are not afraid of bad news; their hearts are steady because they trust the Lord” (NCV). A steady heart comes from deep trust—trust that God is faithful, present, and in control. When our emotions waver, our hearts can still remain fixed, centred in Christ’s unchanging love.
Each day, renew your heart’s focus. Let Christ be the centre from which everything flows—your choices, your peace, your strength. When your heart is set your decisions will follow Christs’ heart.
Quote
